Cross Country Schooling Days 2023

The Caledon Riding Club will be working hard to get the cross country and stadium courses mowed, trimmed and ready for schooling. The Club will be opening to the non-member public on selected dates throughout the summer.
The format of the schooling days will be similar to past years with some KEY EXCEPTIONS that are necessary for keeping our CRC volunteers and members safe during the Covid 19 pandemic.

How much is it?
$50 per horse (HST included)
What dates/times are you open?
2022 Dates: May 23, June 30, July 28, August 25
The course will be available for schooling from sunrise to sunset.
Where do I sign up?
Riders or coaches MUST book times in advance with Jen Thompson

NOTE**The number of riders from different barns will be LIMITED on the course at any given time. Time slots will be reserved on a first come, first PAID basis.

E-Transfer in advance ONLY.

How do I submit my liability waiver?
PRIOR to the schooling day, print off the CRC Liability Waiver AND
Do I need to submit anything else?
All riders must have OEF membership or proof of liability insurance. This can also be submitted with the signature page to Jen Thompson (contact info above).
*skinny jumps and corner will have flags
*there MAY be porta potty access for schooling days
*there is NO on site water access. Bring your own in jugs
*NO medic, farrier or food provisions on grounds
*there will be a CRC member on site to check you in when you arrive. Please check confirm your attendance with them by the upper patio at the clubhouse before you unload your horses.

Working Equitation is the ultimate test for a well trained, supple horse. At the end of the clinic, horse/rider teams tactical skills and obedience will be tested on the course, using maneuvers to chose shorter lines and maximize speed according to the rules.
$100: ECH/Riding and Pony Club Members
$125: Non Members
