Mini Hunter Pace

A fun ideal time mini hunt course across 3 gorgeous Caledon properties with optional jumps and multiple choice quizzes along the way to learn about hunting hounds in Canada provided by our own huntsman .

Handy Hunter/Working Equitation Canada Class

Work obstacles in a field involving skill and precision including a gate and a horse bridge and other challenges for all riding disciplines in the front half of the big stadium ring for all to see.

Dog races

Open to everyone, all spectators and those bringing their dog to this event. A fun dog race behind the club house. Free for all with a donation to the hounds/ dog agility.

Dog Agility Demonstration

Located in the tennis courts - come see what agility is all about and the equipment available for CRC members! There will be an opportunity later to try it out with your dog with a donation to the hounds or dog agility equipment to add more!

MIMOSA Cup Challenge Pairs Race

2 riders will race over the same obstacles (or not! Jumps optional but will take a bit more time) as faced in the Hunter pace but on the riding club property only. Best time wins for this year's pairs trophies.

Mimosa Cup challenge Singles Race

Riders will race over optional sized jumps (or not) to compete for this year's Mimosa Cup trophy.

Trotting Race

The fun day will end with the Mimosa Cup trotting race and trophy - all will line up side by side facing the clubhouse and trotting a set course for all to see ending around the big grass riding and entering to the finish. If your horse canters, to the back of the line you go! Fastest trotter wins!

 

Ribbons to 6th place, trophies to be adored for a year and returned to the club for the next Mimosa Games, and we will engrave you and your horses name and year.
